​​​Shatera Monroe-James is a South Philadelphia native who resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and three children. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Post Masters Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy. Sessions with Shatera's two initiatives is to provide therapy awareness and outreach to communities on a global level.
